Refund Policy: 
Refunds are not available unless the order is damaged or lost during shipping. This is only allowed for tracked shipping.
Please contact us if this applies to you so we can look into your situation further.
Refunds are also not available for wrong delivery addresses, so please make sure to check your order information!

Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled if they have not been dispatched. Once dispatched an order will be unreachable and, therefore out of our hands.
If you'd like to cancel your order please contact us immediately, to see if options are still available.

Before You Order:
Please double-check the information you input for your orders. As stated, any information that is put in incorrectly can affect your order. Refunds are not available for wrong delivery addresses.
By placing an order, you are confirming that your information is correct.
However, if your order has not been dispatched yet, your address can be updated by contacting us.

Tracking:
Both tracked and untracked options are available at the checkout for your order.  
We always will highly recommend using tracking shipping. Lost packages will not be refunded (some exceptions may apply). Once an order has been dispatched the parcel is out of our control and it is best to contact your courier with your tracking information.

Chargebacks:
Disputes through Paypal and Credit Card Companies can harm smaller businesses. If you have an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. Please read and understand the shop's policies before making an order as well.

If your chargeback is issued against the site's policies, it will be considered fraud/scam-like behavior which can result in you being blacklisted permanently from the shop.
